It’s a new month and that means we’ve got some fresh Pebble upgrades to share with you.
From notifications at a glance to KPI and metric displays that give you a better grasp of where your business is and more, we’re constantly using your feedback to improve the tools that allow you to flip land more easily.
Let’s dive right into the August updates.
Notifications Panel
When you open Pebble, you’ll see a new item at the top of your menu: the Notifications panel.
Now you can track all your notifications from anywhere inside Pebble, in one place.
Give it a click and out comes a panel with everything that’s happened. No more hunting for updates on anything for you or your team members.
And after you no longer need an item, archive it and it’ll be hidden from view (but still accessible).
Task Management Dashboard
We’re systems fanatics at Pebble so we wanted to make it simpler for you to manage your systems.
A unified task area does just that.
Go into your Dashboard and at the top of the page you’ll see another new item next to Statistics: the Tasks dashboard.
Similar to how the Notifications panel shows anything new that’s been happening, the Tasks dashboard gives you an overview of all the tasks that need to be worked on or addressed by you and your team.
Filter by date or by team member to see where each property or lead is in your workflow.
As with the Notifications panel, anyone on your team can access this to stay on top of their duties.
It’s like a to-do list on steroids.
KPI and Metrics Dashboard (coming soon!)
We’re constantly talking to users and one of the major items you’ve been asking for is a tool that gives you better reporting on your business.
Makes sense.
Whether that’s getting a clear grasp on how your outbound marketing is performing, the cost of inbound leads, marketing spend per closed deal and a host of other metrics, it’s important to know where you stand.
We mentioned this dashboard last month and we’re pointing it out here again to assure you that it’s coming.
Look out for additional updates in the coming weeks and months.
Phone Enhancements (coming soon!)
The in-app phone we launched recently looks to be working well for you but that doesn’t mean it can’t be improved.
These updates will boil down to both giving you more control over your phone system and spending less time processing calls.
