May 2024 Feature Updates – What’s New in Pebble

Welcome to Q2!

We’ve got a fresh batch of updates for you this month; a new book, improved auto follow-ups, new templates and more. Hope you closed the books on a successful Q1, primed to grow as we push further in 2024.

Let’s get to the details.

📎 Text & Email Attachments: Simplify Your Communications

One of the most requested features has arrived!

Off the heels of a recent update where we added the ability to add any type of file to Pebble, now you can easily attach documents and images directly to your emails and text messages.

Super helpful if, for example, you generated a purchase contract and you want to quickly send it over. That’s doable in a couple of clips from the redesigned attachment table view.

Whether you’re sending contracts or property details, via email or text, streamline your communication with prospective leads with this convenient addition.

🔄 Task Sync Between Users: Enhancing Collaboration

Collaboration is key to success and we’ve made it even easier to know where everyone – and every task – stands with task sync between users.

In the past, a task marked as complete would only be reflected as checked on that user’s list, which means you might’ve found yourself losing time chasing a team member down about a job already done.

Say goodbye to synchronization issues – now, any changes made by one user, such as marking tasks as completed or updating due dates, will be immediately reflected for all connected users.

Keep your team aligned and productive with seamless task management.

📊 Improved Deal Board Functionality: Enhanced Deal Management

Managing deals just got even better!

We’ve introduced several enhancements to the Deal Board, including:

  • Deal counter for each column – Know how many deals are in each phase of your deal cycle
  • Value summary for each column – See the total value of all deals in each column
  • Sort columns by created date, value or name – Focus on the highest value leads

Easily prioritize your deals and concentrate your energy where it matters most with these new functionalities.

NOTE: Let us know if there are other ways you want to sort your data and we’ll try to add it!

💲 Export Feature in Pebble Pricer – Our FREE Comping Tool

Pebble Pricer just got a long-awaited upgrade!

Quick intro if you haven’t used Pricer though; after installing the Chrome extension, you can pop onto listing sites like Zillow or Redfin and instantly see comps for any area, where you’ll get median and average price as well as price per acre.
