However, if you come across any issues or incompatibilities, you can open up a support ticket and allow us to help you resolve your issue. Dedicated support is promised to only those who possess an active account. Free copies, expired licenses, and inactive accounts are not qualified for product support. You will have to purchase an account in order to be able to get help from our support team.

Refund
We do not offer refund for access to our products purchased on reiconversion.com because most issues can be worked out. In the rare case a refund is being considered, it will be on a case-by-case basis and only after we’ve worked with you to try and find a solution.
Due to the nature of our digital goods, we recognize that this policy can be abused, and reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.
Our products sold on external marketplaces handle product refunds per request on each of their respective support centers. This refund policy does not apply those respective marketplaces. Please contact them with your query as our team is unable to process refunds.
Plan Upgrade and Prorations
If you decide to upgrade your plan, your previous plan will be entirely prorated (refunded) back to you if the upgrade is within 14 days of the initial purchase of your previous plan.
Proration is valid for up to 14 days of your initial purchase
The proration will be a partial refund on the latest charge.
No prorations are given for downgrades. Downgrades are considered going from a more expensive plan to a less expensive plan or going from an annual billing cycle to a monthly billing cycle.
Theme Install and Setup
The Website Install and Setup service is generally completed within 48-72 hours from receiving the necessary customer information requested via our install and setup form.
This service includes the basic installation of our WordPress themes, plugins, forms, and it includes the setup of the WordPress theme as per the theme’s demo.
This service does not include the creation of pages, posts, content, navigation items or anything outside of the theme demo content. It does not include any customizations or changes to the theme code. The Theme Install and Setup Service should not be used for established websites with existing content.
Hosting
With our service, you get hosting included. This way our clients can get both hosting and website support under one roof. Our hosting is a managed SSD hosting and you will be provided with up to 20X faster performance, and we also provide you with a free SSL certificate for your website. All monthly support plans include 2 GB storage space with unmetered bandwidth.
Essentially, you’re getting the best-dedicated WordPress hosting with some of the best and fastest technology. This all translates to an increase in conversion rates and Google will naturally rank you higher in their search result – all due to a fast loading website.
Please note that even though your site is hosted on one of the most secure hosting services for WordPress (GridPane), Pebble is not held responsible for any security breaches. At the same time, Pebble will attempt and help to restore the site to the latest backup from within the past 30 days. A backup of your site’s data will be provided to you if requested when cancelling your site. Backups are not provided for those that are still under the trial period.

Limitation of Liabilty
Under no circumstances shall Pebble be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials offered on this site. Even if Pebble or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
Breaches
Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms of use, if you breach these terms of use in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to Pebble, prohibiting you from accessing Pebble, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing our websites, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to Pebble.
Pebble will disable any website, account and domain that fails to adhere to the following criteria as soon as we are made aware, in line with current working practices:
- Database services are for the exclusive use of storing the data of websites hosted on our network and can not be used to store non website data.
- Websites must not contain Warez, copyright or other illegal material. The onus is on you the customer to prove that you own the rights to publish material, not for Pebble to prove that you do not.
- Websites must not contain pornographic or other lewd material. Adult Material includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of “adult material” is left entirely to the discretion of Pebble.
- Websites must not use excessive amounts of server resources. These include bandwidth, processor utilization and / or disk space. If your website uses large amounts of server resources you will be contacted to look at upgrading your account and or suspending it until further notice.
Changes
Pebble reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
